Online booking is available for both new patients and existing patients to make treatment or consultation appointments. (consultations are completely free with the option to begin treatment but no pressure to do so). Online booking should not be used to rearrange review appointments which have already been made following treatment - to change review appointments please txt Dr Howarth on 07773169698.

For Online Booking please click on "Bookable Item" below and set date range. Click Search. Choose date / 45 minute slot you require and click on it. Reservation form loads.

Fill in your details on the reservation form and click submit.

Please be patient for info to be processed (may take a minute) and " successful subscription to the event " message to appear at the top of page

If you later need to cancel the appointment please click on "unsubscribe for this event" link on the original confirmation email

** Please do NOT make bookings for more than 3 weeks ahead and please do NOT make multiple bookings by enabling the multi booking feature **

*** If you experience problems getting the reservation page to inform you that the booking has been successful  PLEASE CHECK YOUR COOKIE SETTINGS AND SET THEM TO ALLOW THIRD-PARTY COOKIES FROM SAGENDA.NET WHICH PROVIDES OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM THEN WAIT TEN MINUTES FOR YOUR REQUIRED SLOT TO BECOME UNLOCKED THEN TRY AGAIN

sagenda.net needs this simply to collect the booking info, process the booking and send confirmation emails to you and us of the booking. They assure of strict confidentiality and will not pass your details to anyone else )
